Majestic Las Vegas

Majestic Las Vegas is a proposed high-rise condominium project on the Las Vegas Strip, originally announced in 2004. Initially designed as a 42-story tower alongside a Conrad-branded hotel, the project faced numerous redesigns and financial challenges, leading to its cancellation. In 2019, a new version was approved, featuring a 45-story non-gaming hotel with 720 rooms, set to cost $850 million. Located near the Las Vegas Convention Center, this ambitious project aims to enhance the Strip's skyline, although it has faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with groundbreaking now scheduled for February 2024.
