One Willoughby Square

One Willoughby Square, also known as 1WSQ, is an impressive office building currently under construction in Brooklyn, New York. Developed by JEMB Realty, this landmark project will be the tallest office tower in Brooklyn and the first major ground-up office development since the area was rezoned in 2004. The building features a unique T-shaped floor plan, blue glazed bricks, and factory-style windows designed to maximize natural light. With its innovative architectural design by FXCollaborative, One Willoughby Square will include outdoor balconies on every other floor and three 'super floors' with high ceilings. The second to sixth floors will house a new school, making it a significant addition to the community.
