Austin Marathon finish at Auditorium Shores

The Austin Marathon was first held in 1992 and its traditional finish line is at Auditorium Shores on Lady Bird Lake. The race is an annual road marathon that serves as a Boston Marathon qualifying event and attracts thousands of runners and spectators each year. The finish area at Auditorium Shores is also used for post-race festivals and awards ceremonies.
