Metlife Centre

The Metlife Centre is a prominent 28-floor skyscraper in Cape Town, South Africa, standing at 120 meters tall. Completed in 1993, it is the third tallest building in the city and is known for its distinctive design. The building is currently undergoing renovations to be transformed into a residential complex called The Sky Hotel 3, with work starting in early 2020. Notably, its summit antenna was installed using a helicopter, showcasing the building's unique construction history.
