Mummers Parade at Philadelphia City Hall

The annual Mummers Parade is held on New Year's Day in Philadelphia and features string bands, comics, fancies, and fancy brigades performing elaborate routines and wearing ornate costumes. The procession traditionally travels along Broad Street and passes in front of Philadelphia City Hall, where judges and large crowds gather.
