Sassari Courthouse

The Sassari Courthouse, or Palazzo di Giustizia di Sassari, is an impressive judicial complex located in the heart of Sassari, Italy. Designed by architect Gino Benigni and engineer Domenico Dettori, its construction began in 1929 and was completed in phases until 1941. The courthouse showcases monumental architecture with classical elements, featuring a striking façade adorned with red trachyte columns. Visitors can admire its artistic interior, which includes a stunning wall mosaic by Giuseppe Biasi symbolizing Peace and Justice, along with intricate bas-reliefs by renowned artists.
