One Tower (Moscow)

One Tower is an ambitious under-construction residential skyscraper in Moscow's Presnensky District, set to reach a height of 379 meters (1,243 feet) with 90 floors, making it the tallest building in Moscow and the second-tallest in Russia and Europe. It will also be the first European building to exceed 100 floors and will feature the highest observation deck in Europe on its 100th floor. Plans have been discussed to increase its height to 445.33 meters, potentially making it the tallest in Europe. With an estimated construction cost of 49 billion rubles (approximately $690 million), One Tower is a significant addition to Moscow's skyline and a point of interest for both tourists and researchers.
