Kalita Humphreys Theater (Frank Lloyd Wright)

Kalita Humphreys Theater is the only theater building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright to be constructed; it is noted for its circular auditorium, cantilevered balconies, and integration with the sloping Turtle Creek site. Completed in 1959 from Wright's design, the theater has hosted professional theatrical productions and is regarded as a significant architectural landmark in the Dallas area. The building contributes to the cultural life of the Turtle Creek neighborhood.
