Gibson House Museum

The Gibson House Museum is a preserved mid-19th-century Back Bay rowhouse that opened as a museum to interpret Victorian domestic life. The house retains original architectural details and period furnishings and offers guided tours and educational programming about household customs and urban residential life in 19th-century Boston. It is located on Beacon Street near the Public Garden.
