Wing Haven Gardens & Bird Sanctuary (hidden garden)

Wing Haven Gardens & Bird Sanctuary is a 1.6-acre nonprofit public garden and bird sanctuary in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte. It was founded in 1927 by Elizabeth and Lewis Pritchard and features interconnected garden rooms, mature camellias and azaleas, and plantings intended to attract local bird species. Tucked behind residential streets, the garden is commonly described locally as a 'hidden' or 'secret' garden and offers tours and public programs as a nonprofit organization.
