Preston Pointe

Preston Pointe is a striking mixed-use building located in Downtown Louisville, Kentucky, notable for its unique sloped steel roof and square design. The structure features five floors of office space, two floors of condominiums, and a mechanical level. Designed by Henry Potter and his firm, it opened its doors in 2004 with Old National Bank as its first commercial tenant. The building has received accolades for its architectural excellence, including a prestigious award from the Kentucky Society of Architects in 2007. However, it gained notoriety in 2023 due to a tragic mass shooting at the bank, leading to its closure and relocation. Preston Pointe remains a significant landmark, contributing to the revitalization of its urban neighborhood.
