Manila Army and Navy Club

The Manila Army and Navy Club, established in 1898, is a historic social club originally for U.S. military personnel and later opened to Filipinos. Located near Rizal Park, its striking white structure, designed by William E. Parsons, features beautiful arches and lush surroundings. The club has been a significant venue for Philippine–American relations and social events. It served various roles throughout history, including as a bomb shelter during WWII and later fell into disrepair. After being declared a National Historical Landmark in 1991, it underwent renovations and reopened in 2017 as the Rizal Park Hotel, preserving its iconic name and heritage.
