Grand Ole Opry House

The Grand Ole Opry House opened in 1974 as the new, permanent home of the Grand Ole Opry radio show, replacing the Ryman Auditorium as the show's regular venue. The Opry House hosts weekly live radio shows and concerts that have helped sustain the program's national broadcast presence. The building is a major music landmark and a focal point of the Opryland entertainment complex.
