Corrado Parducci sculptures at the Guardian Building

Italian-American sculptor Corrado Parducci produced numerous decorative sculptures, reliefs and terra-cotta ornamentation for the Guardian Building, completed in 1929. His figural and geometric motifs are integral to the building's prominent Art Deco interior and exterior design. The Guardian Building is a designated National Historic Landmark in downtown Detroit noted for its architectural sculpture and polychrome tile work.
