Breed Street Shul

Breed Street Shul, located in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, is a historic former Orthodox synagogue that served as the largest of its kind west of Chicago from 1915 to 1951. Established in 1904, it became a central hub for the Jewish community, featuring a vibrant business district nearby. The current brick structure, built in 1923, showcases unique architectural details and has been designated a historic landmark.
