Lok Bhavan, Srinagar

Lok Bhavan, formerly known as Raj Bhavan, serves as the official summer residence of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha. Nestled in the picturesque summer capital of Srinagar, this charming two-storey wooden building is surrounded by lush green lawns adorned with various rose species and vibrant flowers. It is a notable site where the President and Prime Minister of India often stay during their visits to Kashmir. The name change from Raj Bhavan to Lok Bhavan occurred on December 2, 2025, following directives from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
