Katy Building

The Katy Building, an eight-floor historic structure in Dallas' West End Historic District, was built between 1912 and 1914 for businessman Col. John M. Simpson. Once the headquarters for the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad, the building features a Beaux-Arts design and has been preserved despite extensive renovations. Currently, it serves as a modern workspace provider, offering private offices and co-working spaces for entrepreneurs and small businesses, making it a blend of history and contemporary utility.
