Le Mirabeau

Le Mirabeau is a striking high-rise building located at number 1 on Avenue Princesse Grace in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. Originally built in 1973 as a luxury hotel, it stands at eighty-one metres tall with twenty-six storeys, making it the twelfth-tallest building in Monaco. The building features modernist architecture and was once home to the Michelin-starred restaurant La Coupole. After its closure as a hotel in 2007, it underwent renovations and was transformed into a residential building by 2010, incorporating a green wall. Today, it also houses the Club des Résidents Etrangers de Monaco, making it a notable landmark for both tourists and residents.
