One South Church

One South Church is the tallest building in Tucson, Arizona, standing at 23 stories. Known locally as 'The One with the Blue Roof', it features a striking design by Fentress Bradburn Associates and serves as a hub for various office tenants, including major law firms and New York Life. Opened in 1986, it was initially named the United Bank Tower and later the UniSource Energy Tower. In 2023, the bottom nine floors were transformed into the Leo Kent Hotel, adding a unique hospitality option in the heart of the city.
