Wickham–De Vol House

The Wickham–De Vol House, located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is a historic two-story brick building constructed in 1878 in the Italianate style with Eastlake detailing. Originally built by contractor O.P. Wickham, the house underwent significant renovations in 1913 by the De Vol family, who were retail hardware operators, giving it a more modern appearance. Recognized for its historical significance, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995 and is part of the Willow-Bluff-3rd Street Historic District since 2005, making it a noteworthy site for tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
