Caleido

Caleido, also known as the Quinta Torre, is a striking 173-meter-tall skyscraper in Madrid, completed in October 2021. As the fifth tallest building in the city, it adds to the iconic Cuatro Torres Business Area along Paseo de la Castellana. Designed by Fenwick Iribarren and Serrano-Suñer Arquitectura, Caleido houses IE University as its main tenant, alongside a health center and commercial spaces. The tower's construction faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it now stands as a symbol of modern architecture and urban development in Madrid, attracting both tourists and researchers interested in contemporary design and the city's evolving skyline.
