Jacksonville Light Boat Parade

The Jacksonville Light Boat Parade is an annual holiday parade of decorated and illuminated boats that travels along the St. Johns River, traditionally timed in late November or December. Spectators commonly view the procession from downtown riverfront locations, including Metropolitan Park, and local organizations and businesses participate by decorating vessels. The event is organized by city and community groups and has become a recurring seasonal tradition for Jacksonville riverfront culture.
