Japanese Tea Garden koi pond waterfall

The Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park, established in 1894, contains a koi pond supplied by a small decorative stone waterfall. The waterfall and pond are integrated into the garden's traditional landscape features, including bridges, lanterns, and a pagoda. The garden is recognized as the oldest public Japanese garden in the United States.
