State Central Library, Hyderabad

The State Central Library in Hyderabad, established in 1891, is a historic public library known for its impressive architecture and rich collection of over half a million books, including rare manuscripts. Originally a personal library of scholar Moulvi Syed Hussain Bilgrami, it was renamed in honor of the Asaf Jah dynasty and moved to its current location in 1936.
