Wynkoop Brewing Company (historic brewpub)

Wynkoop Brewing Company opened as one of Colorado's first brewpubs in 1988 and was co-founded by John Hickenlooper before his political career. The brewpub is located in a converted 19th-century building in downtown Denver and helped catalyze the Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood's revitalization. Wynkoop remains a popular dining and beer-tasting destination and is known for its historic interior and beer offerings.
