Killiechassie

Killiechassie is a historic country estate located near Weem, Scotland, on the banks of the River Tay. Spanning 12 acres, it features a house built in 1865, which replaced an older structure. The estate has a rich history, previously owned by notable families including the Douglas and Murray clans, and is linked to legends such as Bonnie Prince Charlie's retreat during the Jacobite rising. The property was purchased by author J.K. Rowling in 2001, where she held her wedding ceremony.
