State Arsenal (Lincoln, Nebraska)

The State Arsenal, constructed in 1913, is a historic building in Lincoln, Nebraska, originally serving as a permanent facility for the Nebraska National Guard. This two-story concrete and brick structure was utilized as a warehouse until 1963, after which it was transferred to the state fair board. In 2010, ownership was passed to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The site previously housed the Nebraska National Guard Museum, which relocated in 2014, making the State Arsenal an interesting stop for those exploring Nebraska's military history and architectural heritage.
