The Casbah - longtime underground music club

Founded in 1989, the Casbah is an independent live-music venue in San Diego known for its small, intimate performance room and for showcasing emerging punk, indie, and alternative bands. The club has a capacity of roughly 200 and has been a key stop for touring and local acts in the city’s underground music scene. It continues to host frequent live shows and community-oriented music events.
