San Diego Convention Center

The San Diego Convention Center opened in 1989 and was subsequently expanded to increase its exhibit and meeting space; it is a prominent waterfront civic building in downtown San Diego. The center's large contiguous exhibit halls and distinctive glass-fronted facade accommodate major national and international events. It is the regular host site for large conventions, including the annual Comic-Con International.
