Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum

The Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum in San Jose was founded by the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis (AMORC) and is housed in an Egyptian-style building in the Rose Garden neighborhood. The museum claims the largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts on display in western North America and includes galleries with statuary, funerary items, and a reconstructed Egyptian tomb. The site also includes an adjacent planetarium operated by the same institution.
