The REACH at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts

The REACH is the Kennedy Center's multi-year expansion that opened in 2019, adding rehearsal studios, classrooms, and flexible performance spaces to the existing center. The project created three pavilions, indoor and outdoor public spaces, and a terraced landscape designed for community engagement and free programming. The REACH supports artist residencies, educational programs, and new kinds of interdisciplinary performances connected to the Kennedy Center's resident companies.
