Dallas Union Station

Dallas Union Station opened in 1916 as the city's primary passenger rail terminal, constructed to consolidate services for several railroads. The Beaux-Arts terminal building and concourse served intercity and commuter rail traffic for decades and later became a hub for DART commuter rail and Amtrak services. The station building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and remains a preserved piece of early 20th-century rail infrastructure in downtown Dallas.
