Palacio de la Magdalena (Peru)

The Palacio de la Magdalena, also known as Quinta de los Libertadores, is a historic viceregal house located in the Pueblo Libre district of Lima, Peru. Declared a national monument in 1972, it served as the residence of the penultimate viceroy of Peru and was a key location for independence leaders José de San Martín and Simón Bolívar. The palace played a significant role during the War of the Pacific as the government seat of President Francisco García Calderón.
