Seth Spear Homestead

The Seth Spear Homestead, located at 47-49 Spear Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, is a historic house built around 1850. This Greek Revival structure features a distinctive design with a large ell added to the rear and a front portico from the 1890s. Once owned by prominent landowner Seth Spear, the house now comprises five rental units. It was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
