Henry Smith Farm

The Henry Smith Farm, also known as Hidden Spring Farm, is a historic site located in Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Built in 1806, this Federal-style home features a two-story, five-bay brownstone structure with a Georgian-style interior and a center hall plan. Notable additions include a two-story kitchen from 1840 and a brownstone bank barn constructed between 1845 and 1847. The property also boasts a unique vaulted cellar made of rubble stone. Recognized for its historical significance, the farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, making it an intriguing destination for tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and history.
