Žiča

The Žiča Monastery, an early 13th-century Serbian Orthodox site near Kraljevo, is a significant cultural monument and a must-visit for tourists and researchers alike. Founded by King Stefan the First-Crowned and Saint Sava, it served as the coronational church for Serbian kings and the seat of the Serbian Archbishopric from 1219 to 1253.
