Davis-Horton House (also called the Horton House)

The Davis-Horton House was originally built in 1850 and is one of San Diego’s oldest surviving wood-frame residences; it was moved to its present site in the Gaslamp Quarter and restored. The house is preserved as a historic house museum and is associated with early San Diego settlement and merchant William Heath Davis. It is interpreted and maintained by local historical organizations as part of the city's 19th-century heritage.
