Pueblo Grande Archaeological Park

Pueblo Grande preserves a Hohokam platform mound, ballcourt remnants, and irrigation canal features from a prehistoric village occupied roughly AD 450–1450. The on-site museum exhibits pottery, tools, and interpretive displays from excavations conducted in the 1920s and later. It is one of the few intact prehistoric Hohokam sites within Phoenix city limits and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
