Law and Finance Building

The Law and Finance Building is a historic office building located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio, completed in 1927. Designed in the Art Moderne style by the architectural firm Simons, Brittain & English, it originally served as the headquarters for the Ohio State Savings Association and later housed the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. The building features a striking exterior with a mix of materials, including Litholite and terracotta, and boasts a grand entrance with pink marble and brass accents. Today, it offers office space and is home to a steakhouse in its original banking lobby, preserving its architectural charm while providing a unique dining experience.
