Union Station Hotel - historic railroad terminal turned hotel

Union Station opened in 1900 as Nashville's railroad terminal and was designed in the Romanesque Revival style. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was later converted into a hotel while preserving architectural features such as the vaulted stained-glass ceiling in the grand lobby. The building is a landmark on Broadway and figures in Nashville's architectural and social history.
