Loxley House, Nottingham

Loxley House serves as the administrative headquarters for Nottingham City Council, located conveniently opposite Nottingham railway station. This modern building, designed by the architectural firm ORMS, was originally constructed to accommodate the financial company Capital One. After being acquired by the city council in 2009 for £22.5 million, it became the central hub for various city services, including the Department for Work and Pensions and Nottingham City Homes. Its strategic location and contemporary design make it a notable landmark in the south of Nottingham city centre.
