Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit – Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace

Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit was an annual food and wine festival produced in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority that launched in 2007. From its inception through 2019 it featured chef dinners, seminars, and a large Grand Tasting event that was traditionally held on the grounds of Caesars Palace. The festival brought nationally and internationally recognized chefs to Las Vegas and staged events across multiple Strip resorts, with the Grand Tasting serving as a central public showcase of participating restaurants and wineries. The series was suspended after 2019 amid industry and public-health disruptions in 2020.
