Yereance-Kettel House

The Yereance–Kettel House, located in Rutherford, New Jersey, is a historic homestead built around 1810 by Hesel Yereance. It has a rich history, having been remodeled by George E. Woodward in 1870 and later sold to the Kettel family. In 1955, it was acquired by Fairleigh Dickinson University, which operated a campus there until 1997. The house is listed on the New Jersey Register of Historic Places and is notable for its architectural significance and historical connections, including the addition of the Ackerman–Outwater House from East Rutherford in 1957.
