World Trade Centre Abuja

The World Trade Centre Abuja is an ambitious complex of eight buildings currently under construction in Nigeria's capital, Abuja. This development includes two completed skyscrapers, with Tower 1 standing at 110 m and Tower 2 at 120 m, making them the tallest residential and commercial buildings in Nigeria, respectively. Initially set to open in 2013, the project has faced delays and is now expected to be completed in 2016. Designed by Woods Bagot and developed by The Churchgate Group, the complex will feature a mix of residential, office, and retail spaces, including a large mall and a 5-star hotel. With advanced architectural features and a focus on sustainability, the World Trade Centre Abuja aims to be the largest mixed-use development in West Africa, promising a vibrant hub for both business and leisure.
