Trinity Court Building (1927–2015)

The Trinity Court Building was a notable skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, completed in 1927 and spanning 125,000 square feet. Initially home to a miniature golf company, it stood as a landmark until its demolition in 2015. The building's construction coincided with the nearby Irving Trust Company Building, and a time study of its construction process has been preserved in architectural archives. Although no longer standing, the Trinity Court Building represents an era of early 20th-century skyscraper development in New York City.
