Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens

Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens is the former River Oaks estate of philanthropist Ima Hogg and is operated by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston as a house museum. The property displays the MFAH’s collection of American decorative arts and paintings in period rooms and features extensive historic gardens along Buffalo Bayou. Bayou Bend is open to the public for tours, exhibitions, and garden events.
