Heard Museum (Native American art complex)

The Heard Museum was founded in 1929 and its Central Avenue campus in Phoenix contains extensive exhibition spaces dedicated to American Indian art and cultures. The museum's complex includes galleries, a theater, outdoor plazas, and a research library, and it hosts the long-running Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair & Market. The Heard is widely recognized for its collections of Southwestern Native American art and rotating exhibitions.
