Moore Theatre

The Moore Theatre, Seattle’s oldest operating theater (opened in 1907), has a history of performers and staff reporting unexplained footsteps, voices, and occasional sightings backstage and in the dressing rooms. These reports appear in local theater histories and oral accounts and contribute to its reputation for being haunted. As with other such reports, they are anecdotal and have not been established by scientific investigation.
