500 Marquette

500 Marquette is a striking 15-story high-rise office building located in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico, standing at 235 feet tall. Completed in 1986 and designed by Dwayne Lewis Architects, it is the fourth tallest building in the city. The building features a unique architectural design with a trapezoidal block cantilevered over a glass atrium and includes a five-level parking garage. Notably, it once housed the Albuquerque Petroleum Club on its top floor, which closed in 2007. A prominent bronze sculpture by Allan Houser, titled 'The Future-Chiricahua Apache Family,' greets visitors at the entrance, adding cultural significance to this commercial landmark.
