Flintridge Building

The Flintridge Building, located in Fairfield, Alabama, is a historic office building that served as the headquarters for the southern division of United States Steel from 1951 to 1964. Designed by architect Jack B. Smith, it features a distinctive facade with glass-enclosed rooms offering views of the nearby ironworks. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, the building has a rich history, including plans for municipal use and a maintenance training center established by U.S. Steel.
